Alleluia!’s 9th Annual FREE Pancake Breakfast - Super Bowl Sunday, February 7th from 9:15-10:15am.   Wear your team apparell!  Worship to follow at 10:33am.

Valentine/Fellowship Dinner - Let’s celebrate our Christian life together with a fellowship dinner on Friday, February 13th at 6:30pm at Mary Kelly’s on Avery/Muirfield Road in Dublin. Reservations are required! So please make sure you sign up. This is a great opportunity to invite friends outside of church.
 
Ash Wednesday, February 17th - We will have our first opportunity for Ash Wednesday worship in our new space at 7:00pm.

The Bible’s Big Story - On Saturday, February 20, Pastor Steve will be leading a tour of the whole bible in a little over 3 hours (8:45 until noon). The courses purpose is to help us see the broad strikes through scripture and provides a framework and context to help us see how the Bibles story all hooks together. This provides a great opportunity to invite someone who is seeking to come and learn with you. Please sign-up! Childcare provided.

Alleluia! Dedication - On Sunday, February 28th we will have the dedication of our new temporary space. Pastor Bill Wong will be with us to lead us at the end of worship in a service of dedication. Following worship on that day we will have a potluck. We have already invited some from Alleluia’s short past to join us and we encourage you to invite family and friends for this big day.

Saturday, January 30th, 8:30am - Pastor Ed Williams will be with us to lead us through our yearly visioning process. This was a fun and beneficial time last year. Please plan to set aside time for this. Babysitting will be provided.

Winter Outerwear Donations - We are now collecting gently used coats, hats, gloves, etc., for the children at Plain City Elementary.

First Place 4 Health - On Monday November 23rd at 6:00pm, Alleluia's FP4H group would like to invite you to a light and healthy holiday meal sampler. We will prepare a variety of "healthy" holiday food and provide the recipes for you. If you'd like to attend, please sign up on Sunday or email Sandy (sandy@alleluia33.org).

We will also be starting a new 6-week class using the book, Light and Healthy Holiday Living. This is a special devotional tool to help you stay on course through the holidays. This book was written to provide order in the hectic holiday season without being a burden on your time. The devotionals are holiday-related and give insight and encouragement to maintain balance during the holidays. Holiday Helps and menus follow the devotional readings. Holiday Helps are valuable tips and suggestions for staying healthy spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically through the holiday season. Recipes are included with the menus.

Life Lessons from Women in the Bible - This 6-week study will begin on Monday, September 21st from 7:00-8:30pm. Childcare will be provided. This study will take about 20 minutes a day to complete. Each day we will examine a specific woman in the Bible to learn a particular life lesson. The books are $10.00 each. If you are interested please contact Sarah Dacre (sldacre@yahoo.com).

Adult Sunday School - begins on September 13th. We will be starting the year with the topic of "Building Community" with a book from Willow Creek ($6). This will be a 6-week series in which we tackle the topic of being a growing church and helping people feel connected. Men’s Bible Study - Back by popular demand! The men’s bible study resumes September 10th. They will meet on Thursdays at 6:30pm.

First Place 4 Health - the Christ-centered total-wellness program that focuses on the four essentials of health and well-being: the mind, emotions, body, and spirit! Alleluia!’s First Place 4 Health group will begin meeting on Monday, August 17th at 7:00pm. Women’s Ministry Group - The next Women’s group meeting will be on August 13th at 6:30pm at the office During this meeting we will be having elections for a new President, Treasurer, and Secretary. If you want to be involved in how the Women's group functions or have ideas that you would like to see implemented, please plan to attend this meeting. BE the CHURCH SUNDAY - This September 6th, Alleluia! is teaming up with many other Plain City churches. During the month of August, you will have the chance to sign up for any one of nearly 50 hands-on service projects in and around the Plain City area. Alleluia! will be sponsoring the assembly of layettes and health kits for Lutheran World Relief. We will gather at 8:45 a.m. in Pastime Park for music and devotions. Please stop by the project sign-up table on your way into services, purchase a t-shirt, sign up to give blood and layette & health kit supplies, or donate a food item for the 12:30 p.m. meal at Pastime Park following the project time. We also are encouraged to bring school supplies, especially tissues, to the park in the morning.

The Case For Faith - The adult Sunday school class is beginning a new study. This book is for those who may be feeling attracted to Jesus but who are faced with difficult questions and for Christians, it will deepen their convictions and give them fresh confidence in discussing Christianity with even their most skeptical friends.
