Connection
Connection is our Tuesday night group for 6th – 12th graders from 6:30pm-8:30pm. Connection has a rotating schedule each month with a night for Movies, Service, games, and events. Each week offers a new and exciting way to fellowship with one another while learning about God’s love.
Confirmation
At Alleluia! we encourage middle schoolers to be active in our three year program to learn the stories of the Old and New Testaments along with learning about Communion, Baptism, the Ten Commandments, the Apostles Creed, and The Lord’s Prayer. Every winter/spring we participate in a weekend camp at one of the Lutheran Outdoor Ministries camps throughout Ohio!
High School Sunday School
This class provides an opportunity for deep spiritual growth. We encourage tough questions and help in building a strong relationship with God to prepare the youth for life after high school.
Special Events
Several times a year our youth get together for special events like frisbee golf, Wii tournaments, lockins, trips to Cedar Point or Kings Island, Christian concerts, and tubing at Mad River Mountain.
Mission Trip
Alleluia! is a founding member of the annual Transformation Zone Youth Missions trip. Several churches in the Columbus area get together to work with many local charitable agencies using Marysville United Methodist Church as our home base for the week. Transformation Zone is a local mission experience birthed out of a desire for students to experience missions locally and make an impact in the Central Ohio area. Over 180 people participate and serve at 13 different sites in Union, Madison, and Franklin counties.
